With traffic and sales at a 7-year low, Subway was stale. It was time to hit reset. Or better yet REFRESH, which is what we did in helping launch the biggest brand update in the restaurant’s history - The Eat Fresh Refresh - a back to the drawing board moment and complete overhaul of everything from new ingredients to new subs to new services, like catering, delivery and a new and improved app.
